Now that the 2012 campaign is over, I will be suspending areas of this page and leave some great memories of what was a campaign, team and community I am so proud to be a part of.

I’m Sarah Speed and I believe that it is time to put aside our differences and pull together to face our problems.

Somewhere along the way during the past half-century, our elected officials traded collaboration for partisanship. When we should have been protecting our resources for our children, we instead opted for quick fixes.

Now our leaders are trapped and the only solution they have to offer is to cut, cut, and cut again; with little or no effort to correct the underlying problems that have created our state deficits.

I am seeking to serve as your State Representative because it is time to remember what made this country a great place to raise a family. It’s time for Harrisburg to focus on solutions to our problems instead of offering quick fixes that only last until the next election.

As you learn about my experience and my solutions to tackle our toughest issues, my hope is you will find me worthy of your vote on November 6th!
